Letter Meijers Committee on the recast of the Procedures Directive

The negotiations on the recast of the Procedures Directive currently concentrate on Articles 24 and 25 regarding applicants in need of special procedural guarantees and unaccompanied minors. The Meijers Committee wishes to make a few comments on these articles which will be discussed during the next trilogue.
