Note on the proposal for the Procedures Regulation and Dublin Regulation

The Meijers Committee wants to draw your attention to the negotiations in the Justice and Home Affairs Council on the Procedures Regulation and Dublin Regulation (Council Documents 1599/17 of 9 January and 6238/18 of 19 February). In the note attached, we make a few observations on the most recent compromise proposals of the Presidency for both legislative instruments.
