Note on the Council General Approach on the Directive on the presumption of innocence and the right to be present at trial

The Meijers Committee shares its comments concerning the Council General Approach on the directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on strengthening certain aspects of the presumption of innocence and the right to be present at trial in criminal proceedings.
