Draft Directive on “Border Control and Movement of Persons, towards effective legal remedies for individuals in Europe”

Our proposal is called: “Border Control and Movement of Persons, towards effective legal remedies for individuals in Europe”.

The draft Directive is about freedom and security of individuals and aims to counterbalance the police and administrative powers, which have been developed under EU-law in recent years. In the draft Directive we attempt to achieve this freedom and security by creating effective access to justice. We think that this is necessary because the right of access to justice has been neglected so far.
